Reflection Time

Hey FLOW!

As I sit in front of my computer, I’m grateful for the week behind me as I reflect on all it taught me. Most of it was grueling and some of it a let down, but there were lessons to learn, and things to see that I wouldn’t have seen had I not had the experiences.

As you rest for another week (sleep in, spa day, visit friends/family) or get things done to prepare for another week (grocery shop, laundry, cleaning, etc…), remember to reflect. Don’t just go through life repeating each week 52 times a year (did you get that?). Make a point to reflect so you:

✅ Don’t make the same mistakes you made last week

✅ Repeat the things that worked well and gave you the results you desired

✅ Know what to add or include into your daily routine to improve

✅ Know who to spend less time with (toxic) versus who to include in your circle

Let’s get off the merry-go-round and start moving forward. Let’s dare to do something different and then make definite plans to do so. It’s the only way we’ll grow and evolve into who we’ve been predestined to be.
