Hey FLOW!
it’s time to stop it with all that “I’m strong and I can handle it” and time out for “I don’t need any help”.
As women, we tend to think getting help or admitting a weakness is a sign of not being enough or being inadequate. The one thing I had to learn was that God wanted to be my strength and He made his strength available. All I had to do was “look towards the hills”.
Maybe you’re feeling the weight of the world on your shoulders and you’re dragging yourself through each day wondering why you’re not motivated, why you have no energy, and why you can’t seem to focus.
God wants to trade with you.
Give Him your burdens.
Give Him your cares.
Give Him those things weighing you down.
It’s not always the people around us. Sometimes it’s us holding us back because we won’t let go – we’re comfortable being uncomfortable. 🤔
