There are times along this journey we will have difficult weeks, not just days. But, as I sit here on Saturday morning, I can’t help but notice that even on the weeks that didn’t FLOW the way I wanted, I can look at the fact that Friday arrived with relief and a break from the craziness.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
I must ask myself though…was it a Good Friday? Did I rush time to get to Friday because of the week I was having? I use to.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Now, I go back to the Mind Detox principles to put things in perspective and get rid of any emotional attachment(s), through the steps in the Emotional Detox (yes, I do…and it’s worth it). What I find is my peace again. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
