Happy Birthday to Me!!

Yes!!!

It’s my birthday and I’m super excited about this one….Why? Cause it’s the last of my forties!!

I’ve seen quite of bit, gone through quite a bit, had many victories, had many losses,…and it’s been incredible. I wouldn’t change a thing.

I know that’s not something everyone can say, but I truly believe in Romans 8:28 (that all things are actually working together for my good…). If I didn’t believe this, I wouldn’t be able to move from trial to victory as quickly as I do. I use to tell people they didn’t want to know my story because it would sound as if I’d made it up; some things are just so extreme.

But on today, I look at the totality of my journey so far and I’m loving what I’m seeing.

I’m a firm believer that we should do some self-evaluating on a regular basis (whatever that means to you). For me, I especially take the time on my birthday to look at where I was mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually last year this time and compare it to now. So, for this birthday I can tell you that I can see God’s hand upon my life, there has been a mindset shift, and I can tangibly see the growth.

Thank you in advance for all who will send well wishes on this day…and for those who got an early start, I thank you as well. Looking forward to many more years, much more growth, and all lives God will allow me to impact.
